8 2/3 no-hit innings...

DAMN, Russ Knopp was so close. I didn't even realize while watching the game he had a no hitter going so when I saw the box score and realized that 2 out single by George Sheckard of the New York Horsemen was the only hit of the game.

At least my team won, but damn.

I saw that, I thought there was a hit in the first inning when i was watching but then i looked and saw the only hit was in the 9th. I would feel for ya but, 1. it was against my team and 2. my pitcher Mike Warren has thrown two 1 hitters this year including losing one in the ninth. Looking forward to a good rubber match today.
