Looking for league

Looking to join a league. Problem is everyone of them say experience wanted. I would rather take over a team than take on an expansion team. Don't really care if the team is in bad shape, more the cost to time ratio to use it to learn. Prefer a league where there are some people who will give some helpful advise. Thanks
