New IC System -- Your preferences

There is a new IC system starting on November 12. Here's the thread with info: http://www.simdynasty.com/oldforum-viewthread.jsp?tid=201502

This new system will be instituted by default unless 9 owners vote to keep the current system. In a prior thread, two owners (St. Louis and Detroit) have expressed their preference to move to the new system. I (Pitt) also want to shift to the new system. One owner (Cleveland) has expressed a preference to not shift. So we are currently at 3 owners for System 3 and 1 opposed. Unless eight more owners out of the remaining 12 vote to not institute System 3, it will be implemented. Let your choices be known, please.

The Cleveland Franchise would prefer the present system....... reading the system 3 basis....there are aspects that to me have long term implications for strategy (other than batting guys at the top of the lineup)....which simply counter balance what is happening with the game today....and given the injury systems used in some leagues.....I'm not sure that in the end it won't be a wash at best....just some thoughts!....thanks,

In favor of new system -- SL, Det, Pitt, Cincy. Chi (NL), Balt, KC, Mil, Wash, NY (AL).

Against -- Cle, NY (NL).

10 Up, 2 Down. We'll move to the new system.
