New IC system 3 league froming now!

Hey I just wanted to let everyone know that a new IC system 3 league is forming right now. It is the Nellie Fox League - the NFL. It will be a 12 GPD league, using basic rules, with the ability with a 75% vote to make rule changes at a later date as we see the effects of system 3 on an established league. This was scheduled to be a speed league with no rules changes allowed, but was changed last minute to a private league that will allow a little flexability to make some rule changes later.
