The best part about expansion is you can move the team to a new city. In the American league, Los Angeles, Oakland, Texas, Toronto, Tampa Bay and others, the National league includes Atlanta, San Francisco, Los Angles, Arizona and such. It gives the league a nice new look.

I don?t think dynasty teams have expansion drafts. They are used by private/speed leagues. Basically if 2 or more teams don?t not renew, their players all go into a draft pool. You set your expansion draft setting under draft preferences. You can not specifically draft a player. Then it runs and distributes the players according to your preferences.The best part about expansion is you can move the team to a new city.
