Dang these guys can't play ball

Any advice for how I can improve how these guys play. I have tried mixing up the line up but have now gone back to OBP to dictate my first three. Power hitter in the fourth spot but they just don't seem to be able to put it togather. I am rarely out hit during a game but my hits are spread out and thus do not produce runs. Pitching is OK....need better but got what i got. I did not draft this team but jumped into the middle of the season I guess cause someone else abandoned the team. I am beginning to see why. Any advice wold be appreciated.:puzzled:
