Opinion on player

Can I get an honest assement of this player? He has everything but health. Does this make him pretty much a bench player, never to be a superstar? I think there are so many players with super poor health, it's kind of rediculous. Here he is:

hes 19 with a b rating. even if hes hurt alot just get a decent backup. ill take him off your hands
