Looking For Help At 1B

I'm looking to upgrade at 1B. I'm willing to move the following:

Jerry Malkmus, Catcher, 20 years old, C+ overall (one of the younger potentially good catchers).

Webb Williams, 1B, 27, B- (8th overall 1B who I just can't get on track)

Andy Ferguson, 1B, 28, B- (16th overall 1B)

Smack Wallace, 1B, 22, C (young 1B who hits righties well)

Bobby Hargrave, 2B, 31, B- (hits for power and can run)

I also have three minor league SS that I'd move.
