Been wondering since i joined, on how they calulate players ratings when a player say gets 10-20 chances for contact and 1 for 9 on power how many of those points do they need for a rating to go up and does continues every year like he got 1 then the next year he got 5 it just adds up? Or im i way off on that.

Don't really understand your question. My advice is to check out the "Message Board" "main board" section and read those threads. There is a lot of good info there.

If you go to the rulebook and look under players abilities and ratings, you should find your answer. It takes 8 improvements to go from a C to a C+, etc.
