Amateur Draft Lottery - all 12 non-playoff teams get a chance for the first 12 picks in the first round. Worse records weighted to better odds, but anything can (and does) happen.
Variable Development - adopting for upcoming season
Injury System 3 (more pitcher injuries, in line with position player injuries) - adopting for upcoming season.
