Only 1/2 the owners voted?? 5 of 7 remaining founders (we actually remember Gilhooley) voted. I can understand some of the newer owners not voting because they didn't know these guys, though Texas did so. I suppose 50% isn't really bad, but I would have liked to see more.April 06, 2010 at 04:50PM View BBCode
I haven't voted in any HOF simply because i've only been here 4 seasons i don't think its right 2 vote when i haven't played against these players.April 07, 2010 at 02:16AM View BBCode

I'm fine. It's a blessing. Didn't mean to bum anybody out. I've earned the rest, I've got a grandbaby, and it's spring in California. And now I can look at this message board more frequently.April 07, 2010 at 08:04PM View BBCode
It is okay to vote even if you are new to the league. We all make judgement calls on the Hall of Fame. Hence no one's opinion is of greater value than another's. Perhaps voting simply for players who clear cut deserve the honor, such as a 300 win pitcher or a hitter who has 500+ homers, etc.April 08, 2010 at 03:13PM View BBCode
I voted in every ballot since I joined the league. I enjoy participating in HOF.April 08, 2010 at 10:43PM View BBCode
I forgot to vote for the last HOF thing. Oh well there is always next yearApril 12, 2010 at 02:52PM View BBCode
I encourage everyone, new or old to the RRL, to participate in the HOF voting and nominating process. It only takes a few min to go through the league history, see what numbers have already been accomplished in terms of career leaders, and make a judgement from there.Pages: 1
