i dont want the government involved in baseball disputes. let them solve their own problems or suffer for not being able to. everyone (including bush) in congress trying to force baseball to have a steroid law is part of the problem.
i hate mccain (mccain-feingold law, i hated that, so i hate him)

I absolutely agree. The amount of speech you have should absolutely depend on how much money you can spend. If three major corporations and two interest groups control the entire public discourse for the entire planet, well...that's good old fashioned facism...I mean capitalism:rolleyes:

i dont care about the giving money to campaigns part, i was really pissed at the no advertising 60 days before an election part. i should be able to run an ad for or against someone anytime. its up to the people that see it to agree with it or not.

The fact is that you should be able to give as much money as you want. If the people think a corperation is trying to buy a senator or president, then they can vote you out. They cant force you to vote for anyone.

i agree with john mccain on the baseball-steroids issue. we all know that orza and fear arent gonna do anything by them selves but if the government forces them too, well thats a different story. they are the kind of guys who act tough but dont back it up. they have a strangle hold on the owners but they will do what ever congress says. but if congress makes up a plan and it blows well then im gonna reverse my position completely.
