Custom Team Logos

All of my avatars (team logos) would look excellent on the HOME page .It would be nice if the biggest logos could be changed to graphic logos keeping the smaller ones the same as present since they cause such a problem. It would be cool going to my home page and seeing my team logo there. It would be big enough for at least that.
