The full site is difficult to navigate due to the JavaScript menus, and the mobile site removes certain information such as menu links and player skills on the Lineups pages. There are also idiosyncrasies with the way it "creates" a resolution for the site and stretches tables across the screen. This creates readability issues.
Detailed suggestions for improvement:

Menus - Create menus that are easily navigable on a touch screen phone. The current mobile menus are tiny and favor Blackberry and other non-touch screen phones.
Information - Mobile pages should show all the same information that the full site shows. Mobile phones are receiving increasingly power, full-fledged browsers. Most people buying phones who plan to use them to surf the web are buying phones that have capable browsers. The mobile site should be update to reflect this.
Table Formatting - Currently, the tables stretch across the screen to fill all available resolution. Their width should be shrunk to the smallest width possible. Mobile browsers (such as Safari on iPhone) create a resolution to display based on the widest information on the page. This makes it hard to follow SimDynasty's tables on the iPhone. I am sure other touch screen phones have similar issue.
There are many other small updates and tweaks that could be improved upon for touch screen phones such as the iPhone, but these three alone would go along way to making SimDynasty more usable on the iPhone.
