don't consider batters for Defensive Substitutions

Add "Don't consider batters in the _____ through _____ spots in the batting order" to Defensive Substitutions...just like what exists already in the Pinch Hitters section.

at some point there has to be a limit to what gets put into the prefs. havign said that, this seems like a reasonable and potentially helpful addition.
