Bums coming to Montreal for a showdown..

Brooklyn Bums are in Montreal for what could be the battle for 2nd place and a birth in the playoffs in the National League. These old rivals fought it out in the 1950 AL playoffs with the Bums holding tight for the victory. It certainly left a bad smell in the minds of the Montreal players who vowed to penetrate the Bums pitching staff and whack the Bums hard. It's war!!
