Cyber Patrol

I have figured out the true reason for it not working teh only true difference between when it wasn't working and when it was was that when it wasn't I had a program called Cyber Patrol running, it prevents going to 'bad' sites. I am not able to close it for myself, so you might want to try and figure out a way to get it to work when programs such as Cyber Patrol are running.

OK new update, it works fine with Cyber Patrol 5.0 because in that version it runs as part of the task bar instead of an open program.
