This will be my first league on this website, can anybody explain the rating system when I'm setting up my draft?

My first time too. I just went crazy on a few attributes to see what I'd get. I was aiming for a bunch of HR thugs and fireball pitchers, but it seems I got a pretty good mix anyway.
