The Sandberg Yingling league has 4 openings, each $40 for 12 seasons, and we are instituting System 5 Minors this season. This system allows teams to more efficiently develop their talent pools.
System 5 minors is innovative because you can focus improvements more broadly by ranking your 15 minor leaguers. You simply assign 15 CPs to your top prospect, 14 to the 2nd best, 13, 12, and so on down to 1 point for the worst prospect. There are 4 improve opportunities per game, the first 3 of which depend upon these ratings and the 4th is random. It works out that your top 3 prospects still get upwards of 60 ICs and the middle group get around 40 or more.
