Pitcher Effectiveness should look at Runs not Earned Runs

Here's an example as to why I would like to have the option to choose Runs rather than Earned Runs and R+Hits+Walks+HBP rather than ER+Hits+Walks+HBP in the Pitcher Effectiveness part of the manager settings:
