Penalty bug?

Check out 1:47 of my Michigan game, it's an INT for my team but there was an illegal contact made by one of my defenders, did that happen during the pass? after the pass? Because illegal contact usually happens before a pass is thrown, doesn't this then mean the INT doesn't count and Michigan would keep possession?
