Good question? Unless KC and Brooklyn fall flat on their faces, there is no race to the finish. I have tried the waiver wire as well as trades to shore up my team with no luck. The mighty yankees have fallen on hard times as in the late '60s and early 70's.
But!!!! I play for the fun and the love of baseball. I play knowing that someday soon we will defeat the evil empire ( KC ) :spin::lol::lol:
Meanwhile, lets have fun with this.

i agree, the MB is dead as can be...i have not been posting, because elts face it. No one replies. I think some of you who don't post should either start hjoining in with the rest of us, or else find another league to bore. I for one do not want to be in a league where the owners talk once every 3 years.

I will say that I am as guilty as anyone. I am new (2nd season) and I did not want to offend anyone either. I will do my best to help make this a more enjoyable league. First question-how do we defeat the evil empire?:lol::lol::lol::lol: seriously, things will change. the top will float to the bottom eventually and the bottom will eventually rise to the top. The Evil Empire is actually enjoying the season quite a bit. The only problem is that I cannot seem to beat Washington, my likely playoff opponent!

4. lots of spider web around that phone on the trade desk. (almost thought this activity has been banned)
To give you an example, the Gladiators droped 2 games in a row to the lowly Chicago White Sox mainly because they all bring their wives and kids to the dugout for entertainment. What's even worse is that the players are saying they only get psyched up for a game against KC. Manager Mickey Many has to find ways to bump these guys up.

Thats ok, John will just have to start another winning streak. Reminds of the time Ron Guidry went into Milwaukee County Stadium with a 13-0 record and lost to Mike Caldwell. I hurt bad over that one.:(:(:(Pages: 1
