The real problem was that on 3rd down he did not consume the full 40-second play clock before kneeling; if he had then he could have run out the 4th down properly. That issue was fixed with the last update.

There were 41 seconds left at the 4th down, if he'd knelt there would have been a turnover on downs.The real problem was that on 3rd down he did not consume the full 40-second play clock before kneeling; if he had then he could have run out the 4th down properly. That issue was fixed with the last update.
