Drafts and projecting players grades

17, 18, 19 and 20 year olds in the minors with 5CPs on them will improve one grade per attribute per year (C to C+ for example).

21-OS24 year olds will be promoted and played around age 23 and will improve 1.5 grades over that time span.

The player will then improve another 1-1.5 grades per attribute until age 27 when he's done for all intents and purposes.

In other words, from the time they are drafted until they reach 27, players who start at the following OS ages and receive full development should improve this much:

OS 18 - 5 to 6 letter grades
OS 19 - 4 to 5 letter grades
OS 20 - 3 to 4 letter grades
OS 21 - 2 to 3 letter grades
OS 22 - 1.5 to 2 letter grades
OS 23 - 1 to 1.5 letter grades
OS 24 - 1 letter grade
OS 25+ - good luck
