This would solve a good bit of the same problems that would be solved by the Ignore feature.
And this way people who don't want to read the stuff don't have to go in and look at it - unless they REALLY REALLY want to.
It could simply be called Baseball Venting and one could be added for Football as well.

Since my idea of adding an ignore feature to the message boards went over like a Led Zeppelin, how about adding a forum just for people who want to share their own personal ABE horror stories without getting crucified or attacked by their league members on their league boards?This would solve a good bit of the same problems that would be solved by the Ignore feature.

It's an interesting idea. There's a lot of times when it's tempting to personify ABE and want to complain about a disastrous sequence when you know perfectly well that there's no ABE conspiracy, and maybe it's not always easy to see when you have your tongue planted firmly in your cheek.--Chris
