Reload or Rebuild?

I'm not sure whether or not to sell my aging team and begin rebuilding or sell off my future draft picks to reload so i can be competitive for another year or two. I am taking trade offers for all my players, I'll see what value my veteran players have and what I would have to give up to get more veteran players and make a decision based on that, so send any reasonable offer to short term league Baltimore.
