The fielding sheet, though, needs to be revamped. Lopping all the positions together makes it meaningless. Here are the best two solutions I can think of:
1. Only show the primary position stats; or...
2. List each position separately for each player and the respective ratings for them (so some players will show up multiple times).
My preference is obviously #2.

The Excel files for hitting and pitching are nice, but they would be improved a great deal by simply adding the letter grades for their respective sheets (for hitting--CVR, PVR, CVL, PVL, SPEED, for pitching--END, VEL, CON, for fielding--Range, Arm).The fielding sheet, though, needs to be revamped.
