Rule change - Trading

"10/13/2080 A trade has been completed between the Kansas City Brewers and the Philadelphia SimD-Mets. The Philadelphia SimD-Mets receive Sergio Combe, Bob Freed, Pete Lowery from the Kansas City Brewers in exchange for Midre Green. Protest This Trade. "
I forgot in the OCL the following rule applies to trades;
"Trades
Trading deadline is August 31 (game #132)
Owners cannot accept a trade after the deadline, however offers and negotiations are allowed.
Trading resumes after game #1 is over."
I am requesting a waiver on the above trade, the trade was made after my season ended in the playoffs. Since I will be moving up to AA ball next season there is no way I can make this trade. I feel there should be an exemption clause in the trade rules that allows teams moving out of the division to conduct a trade after their season has ended.
I will reverse the trade but request that the above clause be added to the rules if approved by all divisions.
Thanks,
Mookie

The reason for the current trade rule is to prevent a unfair trade between a team or both teams moving to other divisions. It adds a significant level of complication if the trade has to be reversed. It means the Admin has to get directly involved.
Thank you for reversing the trade. Hopefully the other owner will accept the reversal and we won't have to go through the Admin getting involved.
