Oh, and he looks pretty normal to me. I mean, sure, bad luck and all that CvR didn't improve any more, but you don't need to turn to variable improvement to explain it, especially since his other skills kept going normally. Maybe his overall rate is a little down, but power not being able to improve after 23 and 24 OS would account for most of that.
