System 4 leagues

There should be something done so that player moves can be done more easily in a system 4 league. After the draft, it is difficult to make moves because the roster is already at the maximum of 50 players and often it is over the maximum. I had 30 players in the minors after the draft and 27 in the majors because I had a couple of players on the DL. I couldn't demote players from the majors without getting the minors to below 25 first. The players I sent down were waived so I ended up with 23 minor leaguers and to go back and pick up two more players.
