Dietzel also struck out 6 batters and worked fast with the majority of the outs groundouts.
Dietzel on his performance, "It was a magical game and I didn't know I was rolling through so well until the teammates mentioned it to me halfway through the game. I was thinking that you guys better not jinx anything and I must have fed off the energy from the home crowd and definitely glad that I did not disappoint them on this day and it's something I'll surely remember."
