Split Coaching Points

It would be nice to instruct my coaching staff to emphasize defense or offense for a particular player. Therefore would it be possible to have 3 sets of coaching points for offense, defense and pitching. The theory being that there are at-least 3 coaches who specialize in these areas. Each player card would allow me to allot points in 1-3 of these categories.

For example:

I have 10 points to spend in offense.
I have 10 points to spend in pitching.
I have 10 points to spend in defense.

Joe Blow: 5 points offense
Ned Glow: 5 points pitching
Ted Slow: 5 points defense
Sid Flow: 5 points defense; 5 points offense
Kid Plow: 5 points pitching
