Did the Hail Mary Get Adjusted?

50 yards from the Line of Scrimmage, and they had been dinking and dunking before this next to last play. First time I´ve seen a throw that long, like it....
00:09. SF 4/1
SF 33 4th and 1 for the Rebels, they huddle and line up in a Shotgun; the Trojans line up in a 4-2-5 Nickel.
Dennis Fellows takes the snap and drops back into the pocket.
Fellows passes to Ostell Enis at the NYA
17.
Enis is prevented from catching the ball by Ken Terlep.
Pass by Dennis Fellows intended for Ostell Enis is incomplete.

Fellows has 86 throw power. Just imagine how far he could chuck it if he had 96 thrP.

Yes. Hail Mary plays were rarely actually going for long passes.

Higher throw power is not just a matter of throwing long, but throwing long well... so if he had 96 he'd also have had a better chance of completing the pass (although in this case the defender was going to take it away from him no matter what).
