Here are this year's HoF nominees:
Johnny Corcoran, SP, CIN/BAL/TB/HOU/PHI (1995-2015)
Johnny finished a brilliant career with 292 Wins (5th most all-time), a .728 winning percentage, 3747 innings pitched, 136 complete games, a 3.26 career ERA and a 1.14 career WHIP (14th best all-time).
Johnny was a 6-time All Star, led the majors in Wins with 24 in 2010 and 3 times led the majors in complete game shutouts. For 17 consecutive seasons (1999 thru 2015), Johnny won 11 or more games. Johnny also pitched a no-hitter on July 29, 2000 against the Colorado Rockies.
Johnny helped his team to the playoffs 11 times, pitched in 7 World Series, and won 5 WS rings. (Including last year, when he helped lead the Crabs to their 5th WS title.)
Steve Dillinger, C, CIN/BAL/PHI (2000-2016)
Only 4 players in FRL history have been to more All-Star teams than this man (14), with 12 starts. Dillinger is the first 3-time MVP since Dick Phillips, who did so before the most recent MVP voting changes. Dillinger bashed 446 HR while driving in 1607 and playing stout defense behind the plate, winning 3 gold gloves.
Dave Burns, SP, CIN/SEA/MIL (1998-2014)
Burns had a long and illustrious career, going 286-108 with a 3.29 career ERA. He also struck out 3,043 batters and tossed 37 career shutouts.
Jack Ayala, CF/RF, CIN/TEX/HOU (1997-2014)
Ayala was a force to be reckoned with in the middle of the Storm lineup for many seasons, amassing 535 career HR and 1881 RBI to go with 2 MVP and 9 AS Appearances.
Darby Murphy, 2B, CIN/PHI (1999-2014)
Murphy was not a starter the last five seasons he was in the league, instead playing a mentoring role on a stacked Storm squad. Yet, he still contributed, and what he did earlier in his career still merits a shot at the HoF. A career .302/.380 hitter, Murphy is a 4-time gold glove winner, 7-time all star, and swiped 550 bases. The consummate professional teammate.

Yes! I am so happy that Murphy got the votes needed. He was definitely deserving and I am glad to see that relegating him to a mentor role did not hurt him. This is a huge day for our organization.
