On the improvement report, a drop down box like in baseball, that shows current skill levels in the categories that improvements are being worked on.Also, mention is made of 'playoff experience'. Allow playoff teams improve chances, as a perk for luck/success.
Maybe improves earned during playoffs would only count in the playoffs.

I don't know about only counting in the playoffs, but this in particular is an interesting idea and trivially easy to do, my only worry is the "best get better" syndrome but that is probably offset by the draft picks on the bottom. Thoughts? (I may repost this on the main football forum to get more input.)

I don't see it as any different than the win modifier in baseball. Good teams are often veteran teams and their improvements are not extreme so playoff ICs might not have as big an impact on most players as you think...The young players would benefit most and that's reasonable.

I don't think we should have ICs in the Playoffs. You would def see the Best Get Better line dropped a bit, and we already have the "Admin is out to get me" routetine a little to much now.
