RB learning QB Skills

Anyway we can get it changed, that when I have a RB played on RB drills, he isn't learning Throw Power and Throw Accuracy?

Yes I agree with Ed here. There is no need for an RB to learn these skills. Just takes away from him learning other skills he needs.

Chris is probably keeping that skill learning in so that the HBs are ready when he includes an HB option play in the coaching strategies.

There's plenty of positions where players are learning skills that aren't as valuable.

i think he's said before that because the categories you really want improves in are few, a couple unnecessary categories are added to keep there from being too many ICs in any one category, or something like that.

SkyCoyote is correct; at the time I created the improvement system, I thought I would have option plays ready very soon. And yes, part of it is balancing; allowing more improvements in one area means I need to reduce the overall improvement rate to compensate.
