Roger Taylor penned the song "I'm In Love With My Car", and it was recorded by Queen as the B-side of "Bohemian Rhapsody" in 1975 and on the album "A Night at the Opera".June 08, 2004 at 02:15PM View BBCode
It's Roger Taylor singing instead of Freddie Mercury on that track, not a remake or anything. That should assuage all the ravenous intererst this has stirred up.June 08, 2004 at 05:28PM View BBCode
Hey don't you mean Roger Daltrey of the Who? I heard that commercial and thought it sounded like The Who...June 08, 2004 at 05:32PM View BBCode
Oh, wait, never mind, I read your post wrong. It always throws me off when a drummer sings, because you're not really used to it. I didn't realize that Taylor wrote it and he was Queen's drummer until I posted that like a minute ago. Stupid me, but it does sound like Daltrey to my admitted tone-deaf ears!!!!!!!!!!June 08, 2004 at 05:39PM View BBCode

It does sound a bit like Daltrey somewhat. Your ears are vindicated.Pages: 1
