ATTN Private League Commishes: Standardized guidelines on changing rules in private leagues

I have decided it is in the best interest of the site to have standardized guidelines on what rules can and can't be changed in a league once it is underway. We have had some situations come up in the last few months where leagues wanted to drastically change the way the league operates. Although many owners in these leagues wanted these changes, I don't feel its fair to owners who paid up front to have the league significantly change once its underway.

Please see the attached document for the details on this policy. It will become official on Monday.

This rule has been added and is classified as a Minor Change:

"If a league has an existing rule on the number of veterans in the major leagues, changing the number that you have to have, or the age used to consider a guy a Veteran."
