Would need to define situations where clutch comes into play. Examples:
batter - 2 outs with a runner in scoring position
batter - batting in the 8th or 9th inning of a close game with runners on base
fielder - fielding when there is a runner on third base
pitcher - pitching with the bases loaded
pitcher - pitching in the 8th or 9th inning of a close game with runners on base
I would also suggest that playoff or world series games would magnify the importance of clutch.

Suggest adding another attribute called clutch - the ability (or lack thereof) to excel under pressure. Would be rated F through A+ like other abilities.Would need to define situations where clutch comes into play. Examples:
