Coaching staff roles...

The chance to have different manager/coaching staff roles in a team, so a team could be managed by different users:

You have a team, you get the General Manager/Head Coach position:
You get access to the draft, the transfer block, the waiver wire and Time Management.
For the Roster (active/inactive), Depth Charts and the Coaching Strategy you can either take control yourself, or "hire" another manager to take care of your Offense and/or your Defense.

The Offensive Coordinator takes control of the offensive Roster (Active/Inactive), Depth Charts and Coaching Strategy; the Defensive Coordinator takes control of the defensive counterparts.
They can scout college players (and obviously make suggestions to the GM/HC), but they can't sort the draft, only the GM/HC can.

All of them only have access to their part of the game, meaning that one cannot see what the other is doing (so there is not "stealing" strategies); this applies to both coordinators AND the HC.

Probably Coordinators won't have to pay premium, only the GM/HC.

-this suggestion comes after gannable asked for some coordinators for his team-

Well, now AFE won't take all the blame, right? lol

Now, if you're the GM you can invite (and sign) people you'd trust to work in your team if you want to, and you'd have the option to fire them if you no longer want to work with them.

If you're a Coordinator you can ask for and/or accept an invitation to work with a GM that you trust (or with one that you don't, just to start building a résumé and/or to learn the game). You can quit if you want to.

*Also it would need that every manager should have a page/card with their history mentioning their position, record and reason of leaving from each job he's had.

GMs would need to be premium, but Coordinators could play for free.
I know several managers in the single season leagues that I know would be great managers and probably this would be a push to interest them enough to pay premium.

(Going for a full makeover though, I would change the single season leagues system to College Football Leagues, so it would make more sense to move from College HC/GM to Pro Coordinator to Pro HC/GM, but that's just way too far and not really part of this suggestion).
