why is there a GNL team for sale on the regular list, and another one for sale on the Expansion list?

i think probably because rooster is just chaperoning that montreal team, it was abandoned or whatever. if somebody wants that one, they could still take it, although we are in last season of the renewal. so you would get like a half season free. its a good team.
