Minimum Lifetime Plate Appearances for All-Time OPS leaders

Is there any way that the minimum plate appearances for all-time OPS could be lowered? 5000 plate appearances is awful prohibitive. For example, I have a team that has existed for 46 seasons that only has 9 players that even qualify. Maybe 2500-3500 plate appearances would work better..?

looks like MLB uses 3,000, your suggestion appears to be right on the money.

So if a player only plays full time for 6 seasons, he should be on the list with hitters who played for a decade? I'd have to disagree to the lowering of this requirement, the SimD minimum sounds better.
