Make it easy to remove defensive settings

we can add blanket infield/corners-in settings for many innings and situations in one step, but if you want to remove any, you have to do it one specific situation at a time. We could really use either a checkbox next to each situation, so we only have to push the action button once, or an added button at the top for Delete Rule, next to Add Rule.
