Gamble pays off?

With exactly nothing good happening in LA, management decided to make a move. Trading two young starting pitchers for a high pick in the next draft is a gamble, no doubt about it. We won't know how it turns out for seasons, but we might have an early indication. Rodger Whitman http://simdynasty.com/player.jsp?player=nobody&mode=stats&id=10933614 filled the hole in the starting rotation. Even after two outstanding starts to start a career, we know it can't continue. His next start is in St. Louis against the great Brent Pope. But it's got us smiling in LA, and we still might get lucky with the draft pick. Sometimes you've just got to shake things up.Pages: 1
