After five years (35-45 with two playoff teams) at the helm, the turnover is complete. While the percentages of my responsibility were always quite high* (game planning, waiver wire, trade and draft acquisitions) there was always some residue of past administrations. The team, from now on, is totally my fault.Heaven help us...

The worst thing is when you look at your teams history, and it has gotten worse since you took it over....... I hate that part, lol!Pages: 1
