year in year out my 20-39 yd passing is 20 pct. I updated qb wr nothing works other teams are at 60 50 45 pct. What is wrong with my team or play calling?here a link

You could use a few more quality O-linemen but other than that you have a pretty solid offensive roster. I would suggest taking some shots down the field on 1st & 2nd down when the defense most likely isn't in a deep zone play call.

I'm going to guess it's the play calling, judging by how infrequently your QB throws deep my guess is that most if not all of the deep pass calls are on 3rd and long which is when the defense is most likely to be in a deep zone.You could use a few more quality O-linemen but other than that you have a pretty solid offensive roster. If you want to go on the lower end of that on 1st down you might want to try 50-60% run 40-50% deep pass on 2nd and 2.5 or less. There is an owner in a league I recently left that just kills teams by doing this, (If memory serves me right he passes in this situation at much higher %'s than I suggested) it is a brilliant strategy that took me a while to even realize what was happening.

Anywhere between 10-25% deep throws on 1st is a pretty safe range depending on the type of offense you want to run. OKI DOKI I'll try this for my team. I had a once similar strategy that got me plenty of points but after I erased the calls I forgot I was using shotgun 80 pct of the time. Thanks a mill again for the help this team should be contending If the coach new what he was doing (LOL). oops that's me. Give you heads up in the next couple of days.

SO AFTER 5 GAMES WITH SHAUNS ADVICE AND MY TINKERING WITH PLAY CALLS MY QB IS NOW A TOP GUN 5 WINS IN A ROW TOP OFFENCE AND DEFENCE. NOW IN SYNC. PERCENTAGES AS GOOD AS ANY OTHER IN ALL SITUATIONS. EVEN AFTER THE INJURY GOBLIN HAS HIT A PLAYERS EACH AND EVERY WEEK.SO ONCE AGAIN SHBO2 THANK YOU FOR HELPING OUT ONE OF US HERE.
