Mine says the following (I think it's the default, as I don't recall ever changing it).

Attempt an onside kick in the fourth quarter when behind by 14 or more and 360 or fewer seconds remain in the game.
I think the first onside kick falls under the second setting, but after narrowing the score neither of the settings apply.

Check you onside kick settings.Mine says the following (I think it's the default, as I don't recall ever changing it).
