Gary May (90/93 vs. RHP) goes to Seattle for a nice relief prospect, a playoff 1st rounder, and a backup RFer?

Did this really happen?

May is no slouch against LHP either... career .300 hitter entering his prime.

I don't value relief pitching as much as others may, but Cato should be a dandy.

Time will tell what that playoff first round pick will yield. Jury's out for the moment, but Seattle's offense just got a lot tougher and they picked up an absolute stud.

The May watch continues in Seattle. Since coming to the AL our man has struggled. Some say it's the lack of the breaking ball in a fastball oriented league. Others say it's the fault of his new agent that arranged the deal, yes Mr. Fluffy Logan. He now represents two Foghorns Gary May "Day Parade" and Billy "the Kid" Kalbfus. Speculation has been widespread as to what Logan was doing at that eventful world series 2 years ago. Sources say he loves Seattle for it's liberal laws (green crossed buildings) it's proximity to the Gorge amphitheatre and like minded friendly folks. He was spotted at the Fremont festival wearing just a Fluffy the kid hat while riding his bicycle. It appears as though he's lost his hat ]here I may seen him at the Gorge tonight for Arcade Fire, hope he's bringing the glow sticks, we need to figure out why we are struggling.

He will definitely be spending the Labor Day long weekend out at the Dave Matthews Caravan. .211 1HR. He has amassed 11 runs scored though. Meanwhile Barney Cato is guaranteed to go double red this year. In his rookie season he's 5.61 with an 0-1 record. Lavagatto has yet to reach the bigs but he's one step from red on contact for both sides and dependable speed
