Here is my last 4-2-5 question I hope

In order to solve and fix my play book. Here is what I ask lining up in pro or I my opponent gets to 4-2-5 defence 75% of the time. To do this what defence calls will set 4-2-5 only?

And what play will keep them honest.

That means the defense has either a shallow or deep zone called.

as for plays to keep them honest, probably a lot of runs and medium passes.
