Here's where I found it, in case anyone wants to try and see if your league had one-you have to be the HOF commish.
Go to Owner > Commish > Edit Hall of Fame, and induct somebody. (You can easily un-induct later.) On the very next screen, hit the player link where it says "Ralph Hannan has been added to the Hall of Fame." When I click that link, it doesn't take me to his real card, but here:

And from there you can see the Standings and all the other teams.
After writing this all up I just realized anybody can just put "beta." in front of the link on any player's card and that'll work too, ha.

i can't remember if i shared this already, but I discovered that the Mantle League ran a season on beta, and it's interesting, shows the players Number ratings, and you can see the standings. lol, well i didnt find it until like 12-15 seasons later, it was fun to see what some guys' exact ratings were in their primes, but it was too late for it to be schematically useful.
